Privacy, briefly.
We collect the minimum needed to run a small, careful business. Here is the whole picture.
What we collect
- Reservation form: your name, email, business name, current website, design preference, domain and content status, launch target, and any notes you add. We use these to assess fit and reply to you — nothing else.
- Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to your project.
- Analytics: basic, privacy-respecting page analytics to understand which designs people look at. No advertising trackers, no selling data, no cross-site profiling.
What we don't do
- Sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
- Add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.
- Keep enquiry data longer than needed. Reservations that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months.
Where data lives
Form submissions arrive in our email and project tools. Client sites are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card details.

Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@mapletree.studio and we will sort it promptly. If you run a site with us, we are a processor for your visitors' form submissions — those route directly to you.
