Started in a home oven. Escaped.
Bramble began as a market stall and one very tired domestic oven. Six years on: a proper deck oven, a rotating cast of seasonal bakes, and the same rule we started with — if we wouldn't queue for it, we don't sell it.
Flour from Wakelyns, coffee from our neighbours at North Star, milk from a farm you can cycle to. Day-old bread goes to the community fridge, never the bin.
